Closing his eyes tightly, filled with sorrow over what Abba had told him, Ramadan grabbed Riyyam-nsra's hand and pulled him towards the parking lot, saying with urgency, "Riyyam, we need to go home. Hamma Rayyern's condition has worsened. For over two years, almost three, he has been fine, but now it's back."

"Innalillahi!" Riyyam-nsra kept repeating as they got into the car. Ramadan sped off at 360 degrees, exclaiming, "Oh Lord, oh Allah, please grant my Hamma health. We all believed he was fully recovered since he hadn't had any issues for years."

Meanwhile, back at the house, in a state of anxiety, Mamy grabbed Dr. Sulaiman's hand and, in a frenzy, pulled him to where Jannart and Rayyern were, with Rayyern lying face down.

With a trembling voice, Mamy said, "Sulaiman, check on Rayyern. Is he still alive? Check on him; he isn't moving." Tears streamed down her face as she spoke. It was then that Jannart leaned over, looking closely at him. Indeed, he had stopped moving, his body no longer shaking.

Dr. Sulaiman tried to calm Mamy, but she was inconsolable, tears flowing from her eyes. Baba Mauɗo hurried over and knelt beside Jannart, placing his hand on Rayyern's neck as he lay face down. With a trembling voice, the old man started calling his name, "Rayyern! Rayyern!! RAYYANU!!! Muhammad Muhammadu, wake up. Open your eyes, Mauɗona!!!" Tears streamed down his face as he spoke.

Seeing this brought tears to Jannart's eyes as well. The sympathy she felt for the old man and Mamy deeply moved her heart. You could see the intense anxiety and distress in their eyes, along with their profound love for Rayyern.

Rayyern, feeling as though he were in another world filled with intense pain and suffering, could faintly hear their voices. But he couldn't respond, despite hearing Baba Mauɗo calling his name. He couldn't even muster the strength to move his lips due to the severe pain he was in.

Dr. Sulaiman, trying to provide reassurance, managed to seat Mamy in a chair and gently said, "Mamy, Rayyern is breathing. Nothing has happened to him. Please, calm down. Insha Allah, he will recover. I gave him an injection at the hospital, and the pain has already started to subside. Insha Allah, he will be fine."

He finished his words in a calming tone, trying to ease Mamy's worry.

He completely forgot that his phone was connected to the car's speaker as they drove from Sabon Gari to Anguwar Jeune Cadre. This made him adjust his seat in the front of the car, where there were three of them, and he dialed the girl's number again. By some divine intervention, no one answered.

With surprise, he checked again. Yes, it was indeed the number. Since he was given the number with the photo of the owner, nothing had changed.

With some ingenuity, he glanced at the person sitting in the back seat, who was staring straight ahead without blinking, his hand resting on his eyebrow as he thought deeply.

After about nine calls, the phone was finally answered, but there was no response except for the faint hum of a fan.

"Asalamu alaikum, am I speaking with Rauda?" he asked, hoping to get a response from the person called Rauda. Based on the story he had been told about her, he knew that if she heard a man's voice, even if it was that of a child, she would listen.
